Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION: Our customer can cancel or adjust An order before shipping. Once an order has shipped all sales are final. 

DAMAGED ITEM: If your package arrives damaged please take photos of the damaged packages/items and contact Socotra Island Soaps and USPS right away. Socotra Island Soap will claim on your behalf however we will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim. 

CANADIAN ORDERS: We ship to Canada and we accept Canadian orders. Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, and duties. 

REFUNDS:
All sales are final.
